The female figure in each of these Greek ancient periods represents the “Great Mother Earth” and is used as a symbol of fertility and rebirth, showing the endless continuation of life. The figures were chosen in order to emphasize the timelessness of each traditional Greek olive oil variety that has been part of this land for thousands of years.
